Our Mission!

Here at Students for Beto UH, our primary purpose is to make @betoorourke the next governor of Texas. We educate and empower the student body--especially young Democrat voters--in political and relational organizing through action including, but not limited to canvassing, tabling, and volunteering.

We are intent on recruiting and engaging with other organizations and coalitions, that put an emphasis on taking the time to listen and comprehend the opinions and views of all demographics and other groupings, in regards to politics.

 

Achievements

 

• Register 1,000s of UH students to vote

• Educated student body on public policy and political candidates on the ballot for the upcoming election

• Build a diverse political community that is knowledgable of the government affairs, at both the local and state level
